Buffalo Turkey Wrap

Ingredients
2 oz turkey breast meat, cut into strips1 tsp hot sauce, I use Frank's1/4 medium tomato, chopped1 lettuce leaf1 low carb, whole wheat 8-inch tortilla* Lite Bleu Cheese Dressing
Directions
Slice turkey breast into strips and place in a plastic bag with hot sauce. Marinate for at least an hour and up to several days. Coat a frying pan with cooking spray. Cook turkey over medium-high heat, until cooked through. Remove from heat and chop up tomato and lettuce.

Layer ingredients on whole wheat tortilla and wrap up.
Serve with 2 tbsp Lite Bleu Cheese Dressing.
