1 medium beet, peeled1/2 medium pineapple1/2 pint strawberries, stems removed1 thumb-size knob fresh ginger
Directions
Run all ingrediants through a juicer.

Beets are rich in folate and folic acid, especially good for preganant women. Known as nature's multivitamin. If you find beets with the tops still attached, reserve them for a salad - beet greens are even more nutritious than their roots!
