Low Fat Carrot & Pineapple Cake- Giggles

Egg, fresh, 3 largeCinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspApplesauce unsweetened 3/4 cupPineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed, drainedCarrots, grated 2 cup Baking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, 2 tspNutmeg 1/2 tspGranulated Sugar, 1/2 cupBrown sugar 1/2 cupFlour, white, 2 cupVanilla extract 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour 9x13pan. Whisk together applesauce, sugar, eggs. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir into wet mixture to blend. Stir in carrots and pineapple and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until a tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
