White Chocolate Cranberry Scones

2 Cups flour2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt5 Packets Stevia6 tbsp (little more than 1/3 Cup) light margarine1/2 Cup dried cranberries1/2 Cup white chocolate chips1 egg & buttermilk to make 1 cup
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and Stevia. Cut margarine into flour mixture. Mix in cranberries and white chocolate chips. Mix the egg/buttermilk mixture in until just blended. Spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top
Makes 1 dozen good sized scones
