Crock pot beef stew

Directions
* *Potato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 1 small * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) * furmanos diced tomatoes, 1 serving ( large can 28 oz) * Beef, bottom round, 2 lb * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .3 T * *Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Put broth in crock pot
Layer Dice potatoes, carrots, chopped onion, celery in crock pot
Put flour in bag and add beef cubes to coat - then add to crock pot
Top with tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste
Cook on low for 9 - 10 hours
