Pumpkin Oatmeal - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 cups steel cut oatsI can Pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)1 tbsp Nutmeg1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp vanilla extract8-10 cups of water (depending on how long it will be cooking)
Directions
Mix ingredients together in the slow cooker. Cook overnight.

I recommend spraying the slow cooker with non-stick spray first.

Make 8 - 1 cup servings.
