Apple Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
1 cup plain unsweetened, no fat yogourt3/4 cup 100% pineapple juice2 egg whites2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp Cinnamon1/2 cup brown sugar (granulated, unrefined organic) (reserve one tsp.)2 cups chopped apples2 TBSP Oats
Directions
Combine yogourt, pineapple juice and egg whites. Blend well.
In a seperate bowl combine dry ingredients and sugar (reserve one tsp of the sugar for topping) .

Combine wet and dry ingredients together, add apples.

Place in greased, floured bread pan and top with oats, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp sugar.
Makes 1 loaf. One serving equals one half slice of bread.
