veggie pasta sauce

Ingredients
2 stalks celery1 medium zucchini0.5 cup onion0.5 medium red pepper1 clove garlic, mincedoil pan spray28 oz canned diced tomatoes5.5 oz tomato paste2 tbsp basil pesto50 grams black olives, slicedAdd fresh basil, oregano, pepper and salt to taste
Directions

Chop celery, zucchini, onion and red pepper (or use food processor).
Fry veggies with garlic until softish
Add tomatoes, prepared tomato paste and sliced olives
Heat at medium or higher until bubbling then simmer until ready to eat.
