Lowered Fat Version of Blue Cheese Hot Wing Dip and Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 4oz. package of Blue Cheese Crumbles (Private Selection used in calculations)1/3 Cup low fat buttermilk1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream(Kroger used)1/4 cup light mayonnaise1 Tbsp white wine, rice, or white vinegar1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon Splenda or Truvia1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or to tasteground black pepper to taste
Directions
Place buttermilk and Blue Cheese crumbles into a medium bowl. Using the back of a heavy spoon, a fork, or a potato masher, mash the crumbles into the buttermilk until it resembles cottage cheese. Do not over mash.

Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar into buttermilk and cheese mixture. Blend well. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Allow to chill. Keeps for up to two weeks.
