Trish's crock pot chicken soup

Ingredients
In my crock pot I cooked my chicken leg quarter in one can of FF chicken broth and water, then deboned it. I added 4 large carrots cut into chunks, 4 large potatoes cut into chunks, 1 10oz bag of frozen peas and carrots and 3 small stalks of celery cut into chunks. I added 1 tsp. garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Makes approximately 8 servings.
