Low Sugar Peach Freezer Jam

Ingredients
4 cups diced, peeled, fresh peaches2 tbsp fresh lemon juice3 cups sugar1 package Low Sugar Sure Jell3/4 cup water
Directions
Makes 6 8 oz jars with 16 tbsp servings each jar
Peel, slice and dice peaches
Add lemon juice to peaches
Mix sugar and Sure Jell with water in small saucepan
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute
Add sugar mixture to peaches and stir well for 1 minute
Ladle into 8 oz jars, wiping rim with clean, wet paper towel.
Cover with lid and let set at room temperature for 24 hours
Freeze or refrigerate and use within 3 weeks
