Ingredients
Morning Star Veggie Burger, 1 servingKraft Swiss Cheese 2% Milk Singles, 1 serving Canola Oil, 1 1tsp Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Bunny Light Wheat Hamburger Bun, 1 serving
Directions
1.Morningstar Farms® Grillers Prime® Veggie Burger according to package directions. Immediately top with cheese. Let stand about 1 minute or until cheese melts.
2.Meanwhile, in small nonstick skillet heat oil. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
3.Place lettuce leaf, tomato and veggie burger on bun bottom. Top with mushrooms mixture and bun top
