Pork Chop with Pomegrante Glaze

Salt, 1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1/8 tspPepper, black, 1/8 tsp *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 5 oz *Pom Wonderful Pomegrante Juice, .1/4 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp *Green Onion, 2 tsp sliced
In small bowl stir together salt, cinnamon and pepper. Rub on both sides of pork. In small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray cook chop over med heat for 7 to 10 min or until lightly browned and nearly done, turning once. Remove from skillet. Keep warm.
In same skillet combine pomegrante juice and sugar. Bring to boiling. Boil, uncovered, for 2 to 3 min or until mixture is reduced to half. Return chop to skillet. Cook, uncovered, about 1 min more until sauce thickens slightly and chop is done. transfer onto plate sprinkle with onion.
