Crisp Cherry Tomatoes

cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, multigrain bread, parmesan cheese
Place tomatoes, onion, garlic in a bowl and add 2 Tbsp olive oil. Mix together.
In separate bowl, break bread into pieces (about 1" square). Add salt, pepper, 1 Tbsp olive oil and mix together.
Place tomates in baking dish and add bread to the top.
Grate parmesan cheese on top of bread.
Cook in 350C oven for 20-25 minutes or until tomatoes are crisp.
