Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
3 cups flour1/2 cup cooking oil1 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups sugar3 cups chopped apples1 tsp vanilla1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325. Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour sifted with dry ingredients. Fold in apples. Bake in a bunt pan sprayed with Pam with flour or into 24 cupcakes. Cook bunt pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes or cupcakes for 20. Ovens cook differently so make sure a toothpick comes out clean. Let cake or cupcakes cool before covering. This is a very moist recipe and if you cover it too soon, the moisture will make the cake soggy in a few days.
