Super Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast (boneless skinless)1 medium red onion5 cloves garlic, minced1" section of ginger root, minced1/2 cup soy sauce1 entire package sliced mushrooms1 package frozen broccoli
Directions
Add the first 5 ingredients and stir fry until the chicken turns white all over.

then, add the broccoli and the mushrooms and let simmer, stirring occasionally for 10-12 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
