Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
2 cups diced rhubarb1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup oats1/2 cup sugar50g Margarine (hard)
Directions
Prepare rhubarb by cutting into 1/2" pieces, place in a pan over a low heat until softened, add half the sugar and leave aside.
Place the remaining dry ingredents in a bowl and rub with the margarine, rub in with finger tips until mixture resembles bread crumbs
Place the rhubarb in the base of you dish, spread half the crumble mixture and bake in a moderate oven for 15 mins, remove from the4 oven and spread the remaining crumble mixture and continue cooking until golden brown.
