4 Ripe Tomatoes, diced1/3 to 1/2 chopped Onion1 clove Garlic, mashed w/ a very little bit of salt2 T minced Cilantro1 sm minced Red Hot ChiliJuice of 1 Lime
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a glass/ceramic or wooden bowl. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
