Avocado Bruschetta

Ingredients
2 medium avocado, cubed2 medium plum tomatoes, seeded & diced2 medium scallions, chopped2 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp while wine vinegar1 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp hot sauce1/2 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp white pepper1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve with crostini and/or crackers.

Yield: approximately 16 Servings (2 Tbsp per serving)
