Microwave chocolate english-style pudding

Ingredients

1 cup self raising flour (I use half white half wholemeal)1/2 cup splenda1/2 cup Anchor Xtra milk1/4 cup raisins/sultanas (packed) (optional, not included in nutrition info)1 tablespoon cocoa powder2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses (can use honey, maple or golden syrup)2 cups boiling water
Combine flour, cocoa, raisins If using) and milk in a large microwave bowl.
Separately, combine molasses and boiling water. Pour over the flour mixture.
Microwave 8-10 minutes on high.
Cooks better if you use a bundt tin of some type. You could also just put a drinking glass in the middle of the microwave bowl, and pour the mixed flour mixture in around it.
Divide finished pudding into 4 serves, eat hot.
