Chicken Noodle Soup-Crock pot style

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed 8 oz Baby Carrots5 stalk, Celery1 med. Yellow Onion1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Thyme, fresh1 leave Basil 4 cup Water 8 oz Egg Free Pasta
Directions
Cut chicken up and put into crock pot, add rest of ingredients, except noodles, and simmer on low for eight hours. Add noodles the last 10-15 minutes of cook time. Can serve with whole wheat rolls.
