Stuffed peppers with ground turkey

Ingredients
6 large bell peppers 1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey breast 1/2 chopped onion 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up 1/2 cup long grain rice 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup shredded 50% reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions
1 Cut tops from peppers.
2 Discard seeds and membranes.
3 Chop enough of the tops to make 1/4 cup.
4 Set aside.
5 Cook the whole bell peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
6 Invert and drain well.
7 In a skillet, cook the ground turkey, onion and the chopped bell peppers until meat is browned and veggies are tender.
8 Drain off any fat.
9 Add undrained tomatoes, uncooked rice, water, salt, worcestershire and a dash of pepper.
10 Bring to boil.
11 Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes or until rice is tender.
12 Stir in cheese.
13 Stuff peppers with the meat mixture.
14 Place in a baking dish.
15 Spoon any remaining meat around and in between the peppers.
16 Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
