Sundried tomato and roasted red pepper hummus

* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove) * *Tahini, 2 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 small (remove) * *Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Tomatoe, sundried, 2 gram(s) (remove)
Drain chickpeas, (I use canned), reserving liquid. Rehydrate sundried tomato slices in warm water. Place all ingredients in a food processor, Process until all ingredients are blended. Add reserved chickpea liquid 1 tbsp at a time, checking on texture after processing a minute. Stop when you get the texture you want. I usually add 3-4 tbsp; of liquid.
