Wine Diva Hamburger and Potato Soup

1 lb FROZEN ground beef (85/15 - 93/7) (cut into bite sized squares) ( I have used pre-made HOMEMADE mini meatballs)5-6 med. sized potatoes (cubed - but not too small)1 med-large onion, diced8-10 Cups of waterSalt & Pepper1-2 beef boullion cubes (optional)
brown the squares of frozen ground beef in large stock pot, add diced onions, potatoes and seasonings, all water and bring to boil. Cook until potatoes are tender but NOT mushy. This soup can be frozen and can also be prepared in a slowcooker.
Makes 8-10 1-cup servings at 4 WW points!
