Quiche

Ingredients
12 eggs (or egg whites)4-6 cups of skim milk3 cups low fat cheese grated(use marble, cheddar and/or mozzerella)1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled (or low fat chicken or turkey bacon)1 cup ham or low fat sausage, cut into bite size pieces15-20 slices of whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
Directions
Place a layer of bread with crusts removed on bottom of a 13x10 pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese, bacon crumbled and sausage cut into small pieces on top of bread. Place another layer of bread on top of the meat and cheese. Mix egg and milk together in a bowl. Pour over mixture in pan. Let sit overnight in the fridge. Bake for 1 hour at 350
Depending on the size of your pan you may want to increase or decrease some of the ingredients.
