Tomato Soup, Homemade

Ingredients
1 large tomato1 clove garlic1 slice of onion1 tablespoon olive oilfresh rosemary, thyme, and basil to tastefresh pepper to taste1% milk
Directions
Saute garlic, onion, and herbs in olive oil. Cut up tomato, add to saute. Add herbs and pepper. After simmering for 5 minutes, blend in food processor or blender. Return to soup pot; simmer for another 10 minutes; add milk and salt to taste. Serve.
