Tortilla Soup

1 Onion, Chopped2 Cloves Garlic, minced2 tsp Cumin1/4 Teaspoon Pepper2 Cups Veggie Broth1 Can Stewed Tomatoes1 Small Can Corn1 Can Chile Peppers1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped (I use more!)1 Handful Tortilla chips (fritos)
Saute onion, garlic, cumin and pepper.
Add broth, tomatoes, corn and chiles. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in Cilantro in the last few minutes of cooking. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top. Can garnish with cheese also.
