Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, chopped Yellow Onion 1 chopped Zuchinni, fresh, 2 cup Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned/frozen, 2 cup Canned Tomatoes, 2 can Beans, pinto, 2 cup Beans, black, 2 cup Green Chili Peppers 4 oz canTomato Paste 4 oz can2 tbs chili powderSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute oions and squashes in olive oil, add seasonings. Then add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook 30 more minutes.
