Spaghetti with white wine tomato Clam and Mussel sauce

Ingredients
1 TBS of EVOO1 2oz can of anchovies1 Cup sliced whtie onion.5Cup Flat parsley1Cup Cherrie tomatoes8oz White wine24 Small clams8oz Mussels (frozen)3TBS minced garlic3TBS Smart balance "butter"4 TBS Basil
Directions
Cook 1 LB of spagetti

While the pasta is ready:

Heat deep frying pan, pour EVOO
Melt Anchovies
Add Onion and Parsley
When the onions are clear
Add Tomatoes
Cover let simmer
Add Garlic
Add White wine and let wine evaporate a little
Add Clams and Butter
COVER until all clams shells have opened
Discard unopened clams
Add Mussels

Mix with cooked spagetti
3 min before serving add Basil and mix.

Cover and ENJOY!!!
