Whole Wheat Biscuits

Ingredients
Flour, white, .25 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspSplenda Granulated, 2 tspSalt, .25 tspSmart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 2 TbspLucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 4 oz
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, splenda, and salt; mix well. Cut in smart balance spread until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in yogurt just until moistened. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 8 to 10 times. Roll to 3/4-in. thickness; cut with a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter and place on an baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
