Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup (remove)*Imagine Organic Chicken Stock, .75 cup (remove)*Meijer Organic Fat Free Milk, .75 cup (remove)*Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g), 3 serving (remove)*1 tbsp great value grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp (remove)**Great Value X Virgin Olive Oil 1 TBS, 1 serving (remove)*All-Purpose White Flour, 1 tbsp (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves
Use a store bought chicken for ease.
Roast mushrooms for 15 @ 400 with 1 tbls olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic
mix butter, milk & chicken stock together with flour until thickened. Cook pasta as directed.
Mix everything together add 2 tbls of Parmesan cheese to the top and put in a 350 oven for 20 minutes until bubbly.
