1 100 Calorie sandwich thin (multi-grain is best) 1/4 c liquid egg beater1/4 teaspoon cinnamon sugar 1/2 c frozen berries (any kind you like) Sprinkle of sugar
Place the egg beater in a bowl and add the cinnamon sugar. While the skillet heats up (on high), soak each side of the thin in the bowl for about 15 seconds per side. Then place the thin in the skillet. Put the frozen berries in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. While the berries are heating up, turn over the sandwich thin. When done, remove both sides of the sandwich thin from the skillet and place onto a plate, then pour the berries on top. Sprinkle a little sugar to taste on top. Makes one serving.
If desired, normal bread may be used but the calculations are made with a sandwich thin.
