Salmon Burger Patties

Ingredients
6 large eggs, scrambled4 cloves of garlic, diced1 cup onion, diced1 cup celery, diced6 Stoned Wheat Thin crackers, crushed into fine pieces 3 cans of Kirkland Salmon (7 oz. each), well drained and flaked1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Makes 10 patties.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form mixture into 10 patties. Heat oil in a large pan (I use cast iron). Cook over medium-high heat on both sides until brown and set.

Yummy with a whole wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, mustard and ketchup.
