Beef and Turnip Soup

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil1 lb. beef shank crosscuts (bone with meat & marrow)4 cups beef broth2 cups water1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 cup chopped green onions 4 cups diced turnips (500 grams)
Directions
Brown beef shank in olive oil. Add 2 cups water and pressure cook for 45 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings. 3 net carbs per serving.
