Tuna Noodle Casserole with Crunchy Topping

2 - 6 ox cans chunk white tuna, drained1 - 12 oz bag enriched egg noodles2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 cup frozen peas1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (canned)1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup crushed potato chips
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. In large bowl combine cooked egg noodles, tuna, peas 1 cup cheddar cheese, onion and mushrooms. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips over top. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
