Oktoberfest Sauerbraten

Ingredients
5 lbs boston butt1 pk Knorr Saurbraten Seasoning Mix1 10 oz can Ro-Tel Mild Tomatoes & Green Chilies2.5 cups water3 tbsp ground sage9 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Rub with garlic salt and brown meat in a cast iron pan and then throw into the crock pot, add tomatoes and spices.

Throughly mix sauerbraten spice mix with the water and add to the crock pot.

Leave on high heat for 3-4 hours and then turn to lower heat until it reaches your desired tenderness.
