Mint Oreo Cream Pie

Ingredients
1.5 cups Half and Half3.5 ounce package of vanilla pudding8 oz package of cool whip10 mint oreos1 oreo or chocolate 9" pie crust
Directions
Pour the half and half into a large bowl and add the pudding mix. Beat at a low speed until it is well blended (this should take less than a minute). Let it stand for 5 minutes. While it is standing, crush the 10 oreos. Mix the cool whip and the oreos in with the pudding mixture. Pour the mixture over the pie crust. Freeze for 6 hours or until it is somewhat solid. When it is ready, take it out of the freezer and let it sit for about a half hour. Cut and serve.

The recipe can be modified for less calories and fat with sugar free pudding, lite cool whip, and a low calorie pie crust.
