Ingredients
1 cup White Basmati Rice1/2 cup soaked Mung beans(Whole or Split)1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds1 tsp turmeric1 tsp ginger4 cups waterSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Soak beans overnight.
Melt Ghee in a pan.
Heat cumin seeds until they start to pop.
Add spices.
Add rice, beans, and water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 mins or until most of the water has been absorbed.
