vegetarian crockpot lasagna (revised)

Ingredients
12oz Whole wheat lasagna4oz fat free mozzarella cheese4oz part skim mozzarella cheese12oz 1% cottage cheese8 tbsp parmeson cheese1 C. no salt added tomato sauce2 C. no salt added peeled diced tomato's6oz. tomato paste1 carrot chopped1 onion chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 C. zucchini chopped2 C. cooked spinach4 cloves garlic choppedsaltpepperoregano parsleybay leavetyme
Directions
Mix the tomato's with the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Add 1 1/2 cups water and mix well. Add the chopped garlic and about 1/4 teaspoon of each of the dry spices. Mix all of the chopped veggies into the sauce except for the spinach. Layer the rest of the ingredients starting with the sauce, into the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for about 5 hours.
