Ground Sirloin Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground sirloin1 medium onion chopped fine6 cloves garlic, chopped fine2 eggs1/2 to 3/4 cup oats1/4 cup + 1 cup tomato sauce 1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper3 tbsp worchestershire sauce1 tsp parsley1 tbsp Spike seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of the tomato sauce, together in a bowl.
Make a log down the middle of a 9X13 inch pan, length wise, with beef mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over meatloaf.
Bake another 15 minutes.
Makes 10 servings
