Creamed chicken on Toast

Ingredients
onionscelerymushroomschicken breastevaporated milknon-fat milkOlivio margarine
Directions
Melt margarine in frying pan, add onions and celery and cook until wilted, add mushrooms, chicken breast. Add flour, little by little, until margarine becomes a rou, add milks and stir until the sauce is thick and creamy. Add salt and pepper or lemon pepper to taste.

Serve one cup over two small pieces of toast.
