broccli cheese soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup onion,diced2 tablespoon olive oil2 16 ozs. bags frozen broccoli cuts4 14oz cans chicken broth,low soduim1 lb. velvetta cheese loaf,cubed2/3 cup corn startch2 cups skim milk1 cup water
Directions
cook onion in oil till tender. add broccili and chicken broth. cook till broccoli is tender. about 10 to 15 minutes. add cheese and stir till melted. add milk. mix corn startch and water in seperate bowl. add to soup. stir till thickened
