Easy Pasta Lunch

Ingredients
1 Package macaroni and cheese mix1 can diced tomatoes1 cup mushrooms1 bs olive oil
Directions
Prepare macaroni and cheese to package instructions. Sauté mushrooms and tomatoes in oil, salting and spicing as necessary (i use garlic salt, minced onion and pepper). Combine and mix well.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
