Beef or Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs of extra lean ground beef or turkey1 lb of ground beef or italian sausage2 (15 oz) cans of kidney beans, drained1 can of chili beans with sauce2 (28 oz) cans of diced tomatoes with juice1 (6 oz) tomato paste1 large onion, chopped3 stalks of celery chopped2 green peppers seeded and chopped1 red pepper seeded and chopped1 poblano peper seeded and chopped1 Tbl minced garlic1 Tbl bacon bits4 cubes beef bouillon, low sodium1/2 cup water1/4 cup chili powder1 Tbl dried organo2 tsp cumin1 tsp dried basil1 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
You will need at least an 8 quart pot or larger.
Saute chopped veggies until soft
brown meat in a separate pan, once cooked through drain and add to veggies.
Add all dried seasonings, bacon bits and stir through veggies and meat
Stir in tomato paste
Add Diced tomoates, beans, bouillon, and water
Let simmer for 4+ hours, the longer it simmers the better.
