Ingredients
* 3 carrots, peeled and chopped* 3 zucchini, chopped* 3 mirlition, peeled and chopped* 1 tbsp light butter, unslated* 1/4 tbsp poultry seasoning
Directions
Once you have all the veggies chopped, put them all together in a small pan or pot, chop the tbsp of butter in thin slices and spread them over the veggies, spread the poultry seasoning over all and cover the pot. Cook it with small fire and let it there for around an hour.

The portions is pretty big so you wont need to add anything more than the meat or perhaps another vegetarian plate and the best thing is that the butter and the seasoning improve the flavor and it tastes delicious!
