Venison Soup

Ingredients
32 oz. V8 or other tomato juice1 lb venison, turkey, or hamburger cooked and drained1 can vegetable medley1 can Mexican Style Chili Beans1 8 oz jar medium salsa1 leek2 tsp minced garlic1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Combine browned meat~ (drain),tomato juice, vegetable medley, garlic, chili beans, leeks, and salsa in a crock pot. Mix together, and let simmer for about 3 hours. If too spicy, add some cheese. Enjoy!!! Makes about 12 one cup servings
