Sweet Beef Chilli

Ingredients
400 grams lean ground beef mince4 tbsp red lentils1 medium onion chopped1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilTin chopped tomatoes1/2 tin red kidney beans1 large or 2 small carrots gratedChilli Powder to taste (as a guide i use 2 tsps but i don't like it to hot)1 cup of frozen peasSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry the chopped onion in the olive oil until soft. Add the mince and brown, drain off any excess fat then add all the other ingredients. Mix well, cover and simmer for 20 - 30 mins until all ingredients are cooked through. Serve with brown rice, or small jacket potato.
