Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbsp (divided) Oilive Oil2 skinless, boneless, cubed chicken breast12 oz angel hair pasta1 (sliced diagonally into .25" slices) carrots1.5 cups broccoli2 cloves minced garlic2/3 cup chicken broth1 tsp basil
Directions
heat 1 Tbsp oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute for 5-7 min. or until chicken is cooked through. remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

bring large pot of salted water to a boil. add pasta and cook for 2-4 min. or until al dente; drain and set aside.

while pasta is cooking, heat 1 Tbsp oil over led heat in same skillet used for chicken. stir fry carrota for about 4 min. then add broccoil and garlic and stir fry for another 2 min. Finally, stir in broth, basil, and return chicken to skillet. reduce heat to low and simmer about 4 mins.

place drained pasta in a large serving bowl. top with chicken/vegetable mixture and serve immediately.

make 4 servings.
