Pineapple/orange Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup chunk pineapples1 cup of vanilla or plain fat free yogurt1 cup of 2% milk1 small orange1 tblsp of sugar2 cups of ice
Directions
put all ingredients into blender and use setting that crushes ice or switch from ice crusher to mix periodically. Blend till all ice is crushed.Makes 6 8oz servings.
