Directions
1.5 lbs. ground beef, 80% lean, browned1 medium onion, diced.1 can pinto beans, drained1 can red kidney beans, drained3 cans stewed tomatoes1 4 0z can diced green chiles2 cans whole kernel corn, drained1 1/2 cups water
Brown beef and onion. Drain any grease.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer together for 30 minutes.
Serve with cra ckers, bread, or shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
